Join us for an evening of live world folk music jams and inspired temple dance in a beautiful Berkeley hills mansion with an epic view of the Bay and a giant hot tub (BRING TOWELS!). Plenty of outdoor space.

- 7pm - Potluck Dinner
- 8:30pm - Opening Ceremony
- 10pm - Dance Performances
3 Floors of Live Music Jam Sessions led by:
- 9pm-Midnight - La Zuli & Special Guests (Balkan/Middle Eastern/North African Fusion)
- 9pm-Midnight - Soji and the Afrobeat Band (World Renowned Afrobeat Ensemble)
- Midnight-3am - Los Alegres Callejeros (Traditional Afro-Colombian Cumbia)
- Midnight-3am - Mah Ze Tar and Friends (Traditional Indian Music)
- All Night - Miscellaneous other jams throughout the property.
THIS IS A PARTICIPATORY EVENT
We encourage all attendees to participate in creating experiences.
- Bring instruments to jam. Live world folk music jams will be occurring throughout the property.
- Dance performances welcomed. World folk dance showcase at 10pm.
- We invite flow arts, circus arts, storytelling, poetry reciting, live painting, acrobatics, body-painting, interactive art and theater. etc.
- Please bring wholesome food and drink to share. Potluck dinner begins at 7pm. BYOB. No alcohol will be provided. Free gourmet tea served in a Chinese tea ceremony style by Tea Tribe / Om Shan Tea.
IMPORTANT PARKING AND SHUTTLE INFO
Do not park in our neighborhood or you will not be admitted to the event! A ticket AND proof that you didn't park in the neighborhood (Uber/Lyft or free shuttle receipt) will be required for entry to the party.
At great expense, we've hired a professional shuttle service to bring you to and from the venue. Shuttles will run up to the Berkeley hills mansion from Rockridge BART Plaza. Shuttles will run every 15-20 minutes from 6:45pm until 3:45am. Details will be included in ticket confirmation email.
Ticket sales pay to cover extensive event expenses: performers, sound technicians, shuttles, security, cleaners, supplies, food, etc.
