We're looking for private residences, mansions, estates, and retreat centers available for one-off bookings. A Victorian in the city, an estate in the hills — anywhere within about an hour of San Francisco.

Before you suggest — our non-negotiables

  • Capacity for 300 or more
  • 2 or more rooms of separate sound
  • Loud music can go until at least 2am
  • A beautiful, high-end aesthetic
  • Within about 60 minutes of San Francisco — standout spots elsewhere in Northern California considered

Big pluses (not required): nearby parking or room for shuttles · sauna, hot tub, or pool · a history of hosting events.
